In the past 100 years, globalization has impacted our lives economically, socially, politically and culturally. Some changes have upset our reference points in terms of geography and territory to such an extent that it would be impossible to think of most of the institutions, economies and social relations in cultural spaces today.
What does globalisation mean to you?
It can be different things to different people. In a global world, individuals and groups claim recognition, either in the public sphere or culturally. New interactions are formed and new groups foster participation bringing together minority identities that stand tall publicly.
